Current Interest Groups

Book Club: Book Groups meet the last week of the month, September through June. Members determine the book selections, usually nonfiction, and focusing on issues of interest to our members. If you are interested in joining this group, click here to send our Book Club coordinator a message. 

Discussion Groups: These groups meet to discuss current issues. Some groups identify a topic, while others prefer to be spontaneous and discuss the day's latest headlines. If you are interested in joining a Discussion Group, click here to send our Discussion Groups coordinator a message. 

Dog Walk & Talk: Our  group serves to enrich the lives of dogs and their humans through social gatherings. We share a love of dogs and the joy they bring. Click here to send our Dog Walk & Talk coordinator a message. 

Globetrotters: Globetrotters travel group is a resource for travel ideas - destinations, vendors, itineraries, etc. - and also a place to meet new friends who share your interests...and maybe even find a new travel buddy! Golf Group: Liberal Ladies Golf Group will be teeing off at various golf courses throughout the Hilton Head and Bluffton area. If you enjoy playing different courses, this is the group for you. Click here to send our Golf Coordinator a message. 

Happy Hour: Happy Hour is a new special interest group that will meet monthly. Limited to 24 attendees, members only. Beverages/nibbles will be “Dutch treat” (the responsibility of guests). Registration is required and is non-transferable. Check the calendar for our next gathering. 

Movie Group: The Movie Group meets the last Monday of the month at 5 PM, generally at a venue where members can enjoy dinner or a snack. Stitch Chicks: Stitch Chicks meet at the Hilton Head Library twice a month where we do some pattern sharing, person to person troubleshooting, a little instruction and lots of knitting and crochet talk. Tech Talk: Tech group is an informal gathering of members who would like to learn how to troubleshoot their Apple devices, and to share their knowledge about their ipads and iphones. Click here to send our Tech Talk Coordinator a message.
