An old high school friend of mine sent a book to me, "Value Judgements" by Ellen Goodman. She was a columnist for the Washington Post, and given our discussion in April, seemed so appropriate for Liberal Ladies.  She was a Pulitzer Prize winner, and her commentaries from the 1990's, seem as appropriate today as they did then.
